About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations and drive business growth across Dubai and the GCC region. The ideal candidate will develop strategic partnerships, manage key accounts, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies.
- Lead and mentor the sales team.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare forecasts.
- Achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Coordinate with marketing and project teams.
- Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience.
- Proven track record in B2B sales.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- GCC market experience preferred.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
