ZZI Interiors & Building Contracting L.L.C. is looking for a creative and technically skilled Interior Designer cum Estimator for residential and commercial interior projects.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
✔️Strong knowledge of 3ds Max with professional rendering skills using V-Ray / Corona
✔️ Proficient in AI design, rendering, and visualisation
✔️ Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for preparing detailed 2D execution and working drawings
✔️ Ability to develop interior concepts, space planning, and moodboards for residential and commercial projects
✔️ Ability to estimate project costs, prepare quantity take-offs, and detailed BOQs
✔️ Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and fit-out works
✔️ Strong communication and presentation skills
✔️ Confident in client meetings, design discussions, presentations, and handling design revisions
